VNOTES was founded by a Veteran and two military spouses to translate military training for employers. Collectively, we have more than 25 years of experience with the military and military life. We know the military institution is complicated and consequently Veterans are often under-utilized and misplaced within the corporate sector. We have combined our experience and knowledge, along with copious amounts of research into Department of Defense policy to enable employers to easily understand where a Veteran fits into their organization.
